What platforms do you manage?
We specialise in Instagram and LinkedIn — the two most relevant platforms for Indian startups and small businesses. Facebook management is available as an add-on. We don’t manage Twitter/X or Pinterest as standard.
Who responds to comments and DMs — your team or mine?
Our community management team responds using agreed response templates and your brand voice. Anything requiring specific business knowledge — pricing, custom quotes, complaints — is flagged to you for response within 2 hours.
Do I need to provide photos or videos for the content?
For the first month we often use high-quality stock images while you build a library of brand photos. We’ll send you a shot list to guide what to photograph. Real photos of your team and workspace dramatically improve engagement over time.
Can I still post on my own accounts if you're managing them?
Yes. We ask that you coordinate with us so the calendar stays consistent — but you’re always welcome to post in-the-moment content like event photos, quick updates, or stories.
What's the minimum commitment period?
We ask for a 3-month minimum because social media results are cumulative. The algorithm rewards consistency, and 3 months gives us enough time to test, refine, and show meaningful growth. After that it’s month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to exit.
